Oh wow. This food is delightful! First off, everyone is kind and helpful, the environment is relaxed with smooth jazz music playing. But the food is the bomb! I got the chicken vermicelli noodles B7. Pour the sauce over the dish to bring out all the flavors. The green onion on the grilled crisp chicken and the flavor of the sauce on the noodles and the bean sprouts and lettuce is amazing. If you don’t eat it, you are sorely loosing. I will definitely be back because my mouth can’t get enough.
i come here as often as possible! The phô is delicious, food is fresh, and the people are friendly!! LOVE IT!
Great place. Awesome people!
The customer service was great. The dinning areas are quaint. However, I am not a fan of the meals I ordered. My family and I had a severe headache for three days, while one vomited for hours. I will stick to my two Chinese restaurants.Updated: I order six spring rolls w/shrimp and pork(dipping sauce) Shrimp fried rice and Vamacelli. I did add photos with my receipts; however, my receipts were not published through the upload photos. I was there between the hours of 6pm and 7pm on Nov 16th 2019. I purchased two different orders one totaling $15 and the other $27= $42
This place was within walking distance from our hotel and we wanted something on the lighter side to take out so we decided on an order each of the fresh and fried rolls. The shrimp and pork fresh rolls (2 per order) were indeed fresh made and a bit larger than what we're used to. The peanut sauce had a dollop of hot sauce to kick it up a notch. The fried rolls (4 per order) were good and crispy and came with a nice serving of romaine leaves, shredded carrots, cucumber and cilantro with a sweet dressing. Prices were very reasonable....both orders, a soft drink and Blue Moon beer was well under $20. It was so good we got it again the next night.
I love eating at this place. My favorite place to go to get me a nice large bowl of Pho. Very affordable and customer service is outstanding. I love this place. It's also incredibly healthy.
Great Spring Rolls and Pho and awesome, friendly service! Also, solid effort in following COVID prevention measures! I've been and will continue to be a repeat diner.
The food was okay, could've been more flavorful. The service was outstanding though.
With its fresh ingredients and tender chicken, the ordered Bun Ga Nuong was tasty. So was the Pho. Reasonable portions - even the small bowl of Pho is fairly large.Tasty food for reasonable prices combined with friendly staff and quick service equal great value for the money.
Went during lunch hours and was able to be seated right away. The shrimp spring roll was amazing and very flavorful and the peanut sauce is by far the best I have ever had! I ordered the large pho with eye of round steak, shrimp, and tofu. It was delicious and very filling! My wife ordered a small pho with double shrimp and tofu, that also was delicious. Highly highly recommended! You will not be disappointed! Military discount (10%) and great prices.
The food was excellent, it was super busy could of used a little extra staff but experience was still good
Love this place because their Vietnamese Pho and spring rolls. Customer service is great. They are very attentive. This is one of the military friendly restaurants in town.
Was really nice and clean. The workers were friendly and the food was great.
Best bubble tea and Banh Mi in town. My wife always orders pho and she loves it. Authentic Vietnamese food, and great people as well!
We love our little spot in St. Petersburg, Florida for Pho, so when visiting Columbus received tly I did a Google search and found up at Uptown Vietnam Cuisine. I couldn't have been happier! The Pho was delish and so was the Bun! This will be our regular spot when we visit Columbus, for sure. Good food, good service and great location in Uptown, Columbus!
Had the tofu spring rolls and tofu pho. It was ok. Staff seemed stressed.
It can be a little difficult to find parking being that they're located downtown but the food is pretty good. I mainly order their veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce.
Great food. I cannot find a better grilled pork anywhere in the state of Georgia. The service is also good even when they are busy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes or likes to try Vietnamese food.
Super attentive staff and great food!
This place is fantastic!! We went during lunch, so they were very busy with take-out orders as well as dine-in orders, but it was well worth the wait! A large beer list to satisfy everyone, and the food was exceptional! I had a beef banh mi sandwich and I loved it, and my partner had the large Pho with beef, chicken, and shrimp which was wonderful. I’ve never had Vietnamese food before so I’m not sure this was traditional or not, but I will definitely go back to try something else. Delicious!
Large portions of good food and our server Mike was great .. we had to park 4 blocks away on Broadway but it was worth it
I've been going to Uptown Vietnamese for years. And nine times out of ten, I order the B1. If you look at the Menu under Bun, you'll find it. Shrimp, Pork and I order a separate side of lemongrass beef so I can pour it in myself. For those unfamiliar with Vietnamese, Thai or Cambodian food; it tends to lean toward the fresh. Cooked meat with fresh vegetables. Or flash cooked vegetables, leaving them slightly crisp. Very healthy. This was the first time in YEARS I was serious disappointed. Two shrimp, TWO in the whole bowl. My pork was crisp, like burnt crisp. And the lemongrass beef...not only did it come out seriously late. It tasted like they cooked 'Steak-ums' and squirted some lemon juice on it. I was very disappointed. I will of course, give them another try. But another meal like that and I might have to write them off.
Nice atmosphere. Our server was very helpful since I've never tried Pho.
We love eating here now. Don't know why it's taken us so long to finally try it out. Super nice people and great food.
The food is really good and are server was super friendly, just be careful some items are served cold and it's not listed on the menu. And if you don't like cold pasta the owner will still make you pay for your lack of knowledge. So ask it's served cold or hot cause they won't tell you. Other than that I'd go back.
I have Vietnamese family so my standards have risen lately. This was a great experience for staple Vietnamese food. Left feeling very full which is an important part of any vietnamese dining. They were friendly and fast. Definitely will return soon.
